A balanced whole body functions better , feels better and can deal with obstacles such as stress, pain, disease or attachment in the most productive way. Services are customized if necessary, to integrate functional analysis and manual therapies with private yoga or semi private group class. This integrative approach allow those of any age, size, practice level or specific functional need to benefit from the empowering art of yoga and the therapeutic science Belly Guru uniquely provides.
Participation and services can be varied through: online or face to face access to the treating therapist, independent home programs or one on one personal training sessions, consultation and referral to complimentary wellness providers, beginner's coaching, periodic physical and energetic system analysis and training, half day restorative sessions, Manual therapy sessions, small group or partner asana practice and monthly workshop attendance.
